It has the characteristics of narrow weld, small heat-affected zone, clean and smooth, etc. Taking a 9-tooth drill as an example, it only takes about 40 to 50 seconds to complete the welding of a single bit by using laser welding segment, and the working efficiency of welding segment becomes higher.
Of course, because of the advantages of laser welding segment, the cost of welding is still higher than that of traditional high-frequency welding segment.
